Okay, here's a place we can talk without anyone noticing. We can talk about strategies here, where the wolves aren't likely to hear us.

Nope! Tonight is just the meet and greet. But don't mistake that for a day to goof off, we'll actually get the most information today and tomorrow.

That seems reasonable...although I confess I'm not much of a judge of character.

Don't worry, I'm not so great at it either. Luckily we don't really have to judge their character right now. At this point, nobody knows who to trust besides their partners, so nobody's going to trust anyone since they won't know if they're wolves. But on the other hand, the wolves will feel safest today, since nobody is specifically suspicious of them. That's why today is important: the wolves will act without fear of being voted out, since nobody's going to agree on a vote one way or the other right now.

Ah, that makes sense!

It also helps if you know people who are in this game, because then you can tell if they're acting weird or not. Do you know anyone else who's playing?

I don't know most of them well enough to make informed judgments on their behavior. I do know Cesare, and he's definitely smart - and has always struck me as rather shrewd, as well.

Okay, be on the look out for any suspicious behaviors. I've found that it's usually a good idea to trust your gut in these games.

Oh hey, now that we're in a clue, I should probably tell you this: we really need to keep all suspicion off of us, since it's very easy for anyone in the first clue to get voted out. We'll probably be safe if we can survive through the ousting, but right now it's best to keep votes off of us.

Though we don't have much to work with on getting it off us...

Honesty is the best policy. If you act naturally and don't look like you have something to hide, people will listen to you.

We still have to vote too. What do you think about the other two groups?

That's good, because I've been told I'm a rather hopeless liar.

As for the other two...let me take another look at what's in the open and come back to that.

Okay, just let me know when you're ready to discuss it. We've got just shy of two hours to make our decision.

Oh, and I just realized there is another player I knew already! Somehow I missed that on the first look. Laguna's team isn't in a clue yet, but we live in the same cabin, so if we get through this ousting, that may help...

The definitely does help. Watch him carefully, especially who he talks to and how he votes. We won't be able to see who votes who now, but we do see it at ousting. Usually on the first day the wolves will try to keep the votes off of their wolf buddy if they can, so if he really defends one group for seemingly no reason then he might be a wolf.

As for the rest of our clue...I haven't seen Rika at all, yet. Takeru seems like a very straightforward and blunt type. Joe...I don't know, he seems like he'd be a better liar, at least.

Yeah, I haven't seen her either. She might be busy. That could be good or bad, if there's a person who's not active then they tend to get voted out first. If Rika is the wolf it's good for us, but if she's a sheep then that's not so good. Let's watch and see what Takeru and Joe say about her. If they're the wolves, they'll probably try to go with the path of least resistance, and they could end up pushing people to vote for her if she doesn't show up.

Right now the votes are at two on Rika, one on us, one on the Joe/Takeru team.

Should we vote to get ourselves out of the hot seat, or should we wait until closer to the poll close?

Let's wait until it get closer, like a couple minutes to go. Getting those two teams to ousting guarantees that the wolf goes to ousting, so that's what we should try to do. But if we look suspicious, people will vote for us again.

Okay. Should I be ready to do it, or would you rather...?

- oh, we seem to be lagging behind without doing anything! Although plenty could change in the next five minutes.

Everyone's voting now, so that could change.

Also, we should be sure to ask who voted for who in the ousting poll, to see who's being honest.

Go ahead and vote when there's like two minutes left until the poll closes, that should be close enough. You can do the voting.

Okay. I hope my clock is close enough to synchronous.

We're good, we're not up for ousting!

But someone is lying about their vote, because five people said they voted for Takeru's group, but only four people did.

Mm, I still can't decide. Neither team really stands out to me yet.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. Honestly, at this point it's hard to tell, and it's too easy for wolves to sway a vote. Unless there's a unanimous vote, it's likely the sheep team will be voted out.
